      Catherine at this location is so professional and outgoing at the same time , she helped me out with what I needed and was so informative I would definitely recommend her. She is wonderful.

      Hi this is my to go to place very Friendly Staff nice Atmosphere to see a Teller for my needs it's worth it line moves along if you're in a hurry get the Mobile App save you some time, a Member for 10 years they always wave the charge for Cashiers Check I really Love How they treat us especially Kenia I have had the Pleasure of her helping me the past 2 months she's a Sweetheart .       It used to be great bank, but their customer service has dropped immensely. I was on the phone for over an hour as I have difficult time accessing my bank whilst traveling. They said it’s a glitch and that they are aware of it and said it happens all the time. It has never happened before, but just these last few months. I contacted support via the app and I was told I needed to call in order to verify my identity. I did just that. After waiting an hour, the lady asks: I understand that you’re calling regarding your school’s first account, is this correct? No, I was actually calling to check the movie times... smh. I am prompted to verify my account several times a session and several times a day. It’s very inconvenient when you’re traveling and need to move money around. I will not be banking with them anymore. I recommend Charles Schwab if you’re a traveler. No fees, easy online banking, and no international fees whatsoever, whether it’s ten ATM withdrawals in a day wherever in the world you’re in. I don’t recommend school’s first. There are better banks out there that know how to work their system to better suit the needs of their customers. Horrible if you travel outside of the country. The lady said they have a GLITCH in their system. I don’t want to bank at a place with glitches. It’s not reliable and will need to move my money elsewhere. Very untrustworthy.

      This is the BEST BANK IN AMERICA, how can I say that bc there isn’t another bank that gives you more than enough amenities. They don’t charge you for banking with them. They have Pros in every area to help you for free. They are not trying to get you to sign up for any thing just to get commission. I brought three vehicles through them. Amazing low interest rates. They even help me get insurance. They have plenty of locations and plenty atm, but you can’t get in if you’re not apart of the school system! So get a job on campus some where lol jk GREAT BANK

      Branch is clean and staff is friendly. The best is not much wait and they have all services you need. Love the coin machine.

      There should be an ATM status website so customer's dont waste time driving to a "Out Of Order" ATM for their banking needs.

      I've never been to a SchoolsFirst that was slower. They had no one at the front desk, not enough chairs in the waiting room, and all the customer reps took forever with their customers. This branch is too small and poorly staffed.
