  I made an honest mistake with a loan from Schools. I went in and explained the circumstances to Gregory Bainter. He loooked at my account and listened to my explanation. He came up with several solutions and let me decide the one that worked best. He went out of his way to be sure that I received the best resolution and even waived the fee, all for a problem that I created. That is the very definition of great customer service. I have been consistently impressed with Schools at every, level starting with the information packets they sent in the mail to the courteous and helpful staff at the office. I highly recommend them.

  I'm a member of a Bay Area credit union but occasionally use the shared branching features Schools offers for in-person transactions and they are always friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Makes me feel just a teeny bit guilty so maybe I will join someday ... 😃 Oh and the lollipops (Dum Dums) are tasty!

  ATM STOLE my cash deposit! I have the receipt as confirmation but they're still dragging their feet finding the so called error & giving me my money back. Not okay.
