      Rafael Santos the store manager Is full of himself an egotistic. He has no sense of customer service and does not know how to deal with folks. I tried signing up for a meeting with Dylan who is an investment banker Rafael wanted me to email him (himself) So that afterwards he could email Dylan that I would like to see him. I was so confused and I decided I am done with santander because this is not the 1st time I have been discriminated

      Best customer service ever. I had some problems with another Santander branch which made me visit them thrice. I came here once and that's all it took. Kudos to Shirley and Nik! Appreciate their hospitality and service.

      Worst bank in the world! Scammers! I think that the people that work here are all likely uneducated. The VP Donna Wolfe, very rude and condescending when she speaks, very unprofessional with little class whatsoever. I don’t even know how a bank could hire anyone with very little customer service and no class. Never have I ever, dealt with this kind of disrespect and unprofessionalism in my life. Nobody is helpful in the company, they send you from one person to the next with little knowledge of customer service orhow the bank works. Scatterbrained. The tellers, loan officers, customer service representatives are all ignorant and immature. Do not go here, they will not provide you with the kind of customer service you need. Just a bunch of unprofessional “pos!” I wish I could give ZERO stars!!!!!
