      I read the reviews and not sure when they were there last. I was in there a few times over the last month. I went in a few times. I dealt with Jennifer and not one of the "tellers" - I cant say how helpful she was with the situation I had and how quickly she was able to help me out.

      Hands down the biggest joke of a bank. From the staff to the website to there phone support. If you are looking for someone to bank with DO NOT PICK THEM. Trying to pay off my loan I call and ask for info, they say go into the local branch, I go into the local branch they say there computers are down and that I should call support. Support says they have no access to my loan only the local branch does, I’m paying $5,000 in monthly interest because these clowns can’t get it together. I wish I would have seen these reviews prior to choosing them as my bank.

      If you want to wait for 25 minutes in line,Go there! Slow workers will make sure to waste your time..It's a crazy place stay away!! I don't understand how the management not trying to fix this .. wasting people time for nothing.
