  Don’t open business accounts here. I went in to open the business account with them and it took 1 hour and still couldn’t open due to system having difficulty with internet. Also my banker was on the phone for entire time with customer service guiding him how to open sole prop account.

  Consider a different bank for business related accounts. Staff are friendly, but the bank (branch & corporate) is in disarray when it comes to providing small business services.

  Terrible customer service. Beware if you have an IRA CD with them. They will charge you $25 just to transfer it to a new bank and they give you only 7 days from the maturity. When I opened the account I had to wait hours to do it. Horrible customer service. I will never use them again.

  Went to this branch to open a checking account twice and was told to come back each time. 1st time I arrived 15 to 20 minutes before closing. Someone was there to help me but told me that I would have to come back and maybe I should make an appointment 2nd time I arrived at 11am and the manager told me that someone was there to help me but he was leaving and someone else was coming in at 12 and I could come back then, but suggested that I should make an appointment. I have a very unpredictable schedule and never have to make an appointment at PNC. I Can just walk in anytime and receive service, even at the end of the day 15 or 20 minutes before closing. Thank you Santander. I'm sure I would have been disappointed to change banks for a $300 promotion and POOR SERVICE

  Terrible customer service- banked here for two years but can’t stand it anymore I’m done! Manager is grumpy and rude and unprofessional
