  Overall, my experience with Guidance has been good. Adam Ismail helped me with financing my home. He worked on my file very hard, with dedication, and commitment. He was very patient to reply to my questions and concerns regardless it is a day or night, a weekday or a weekend. He managed to close my offer in time.

  When I wanted to buy a house, I was looking for islamic financing and initially talked to Adam Ismail to know the details. He understood the situation, explained the authenticity of shariah-compliance. As a first time home-buyer, I needed quite a bit of help to get educated about the process. Adam is very patient, always had time to listen to me and he helped me out in every step of the process. Even though his job was to help me out in finance matters, he went up and beyond and helped answering all my queries which weren't always just finance related. Overall, I had a great experience and I was able to close the offer in time.

  Alhamdulillah, after having a great experience on our re-fi with Guidance, we decided to work with Adam again for part of the mortgage on our new home. Once again we had a great experience. We contacted Guidance at the beginning of our search. As we were currently living in Seattle, we planned on doing one or more buying trips to look for homes in SF. Due to the window for inventory we needed to quickly get a pre-approval letter. Guidance turned it around in less than a week and we were able to find a home within our budget and put an offer down that weekend. Our offer was accepted, and then we moved toward the closing. Adam and Guidance worked with us every step of the way and we were able to close on our new home. I especially appreciated how responsive they were throughout the entire process. I am thankful that we have viable Islamic mortgages available in this country, and I would definitely work with Guidance / Adam again!

  This is the second home we are financing with Guidance Residential. And the experience has been excellent, yet again. We worked with Hany Ibrahim, who helped us through out the whole process of pre-approval, working with the seller's agent & title company and then finally closing. Hany was always reachable, no matter what day of the week or time of the day, was always prompt, responsive and super helpful. Firstly, I would highly recommend Guidance Residential for all Islamic financing needs, and secondly, would highly recommend Hany Ibrahim as the account executive in California. No brainer !

  Being a first time buyer I had absolutely no idea about anything. The Guidance loan executive Abdisa Tufa walked me through most of the important aspects of the process and provided valuable advice along the way. I have only good words to describe my experience. My personal advice is that during the homebuying process, when encountered with a stressful situation, take a step back and work with your loan officer instead of being a headache for him/her.
