  Jordan made sure we had all of the correct documents in hand before we arrived at the appointment to purchase our car. He made the process quick and easy even during these difficult times. Best loan experience we’ve ever had. Excellent terms fir the car financing too!

  I have had my account with Sandia Area for about 4 years. I constantly check my account since I've experienced fraudulent charges at another bank. I noticed a charge that I did not make and immediately contacted Sandia. I was informed by a team member that the fraudulent charge appeared suspicious and they took immediate action before I even noticed it. My card was cancelled and a new one was mailed (all before I called). Their quick response and keen observation was appreciated immensely. I can't thank them enough. It's nice to know Sandia Area Federal Credit Union has my back. Thank you!

  At the Montgomery branch today, I opened a new member account (checking and savings). The entire experience was smooth and welcoming -- from making the appointment online, receiving text reminders for it, checking in with the informative receptionist, the professional and quick service with my account by Senior Member Services Officer-Jordan and the quick phone assistance by member services for my lingering questions afterward. I give them 4 stars only because I believe that we all should have room to improve and I look forward to progressing my personal finances with this local credit union.

  I applied for a credit card on a Tuesday with Jordan Meadows (Montgomery Branch - Senior Member Services Officer). I asked Jordan to please see if he could expedite the credit card as I was needing it for a trip. Jordan noted on my credit card application to “rush” the approval process. I received a call from Sandia Area - Montgomery Branch on Friday two days after I applied for the credit card saying my the card arrived and was ready to be picked up. I was very pleased and impressed with the customer service Jordan provided, and the expedience of receiving the credit card.

  I had a great deal of trouble paying my daughter’s tuition online today. I was finally able to get through to her school and paid. When I checked my account, they had billed me for three tuition payments instead of one. In other words, they removed from my account an additional almost $1000. I tried to reach the school in vain. No one would answer the phone, nor respond to my emails. This was going to make things extremely difficult for me so I called my bank. I spoke to someone that I believe her name was Ariel, I not only explained how hard this would make things for me, but I went on to share some of the more negative events that have been going on in my life. She not only listened, but she responded, she encouraged, and for a brief moment I felt I was speaking with a friend. I really needed today to have someone be kind to me. She was exceptionally kind, caring, patient, and yes, she resolved the financial issue as well.

  I've banked with Sandia Area for about 16 or so years. This was my very first credit union as a child and now still use them as an adult, I've never had any issues with them. They are always really helpful, really easy to work with and a great, trustworthy credit union. I always recommend them to others that are looking for a good place to bank with.

  My first time to this location was a horrible experience with their customer service and how my situation was handled. I’ve been a member with Sandia AreA for over 20 years and have worked with their three other locations in the past and for most part the rest of the locations are very polite and very appreciative. I understand this location is new but they have a lot of learning to do before dealing with customers!
