  Bought a "new" NCstar scope from them one day ago. Get home to use it and the set screw is stripped, went back and tried making it right (exchange or refund) received neither. All I was told is it's my fault, they didn't try to fix the issue or anything. The only thing ol dude behind the counter could say is we buy our stuff new. Well obviously you don't, the scope had several wear marks on the quick release and other spots, the manual says a battery is included, which it isn't. They can keep the money, I'll be shopping elsewhere.

  No worries ol' son. If you don't care, post a picture for people to see the teeth marks from the channel locs on the nut. Also, the battery is in the box, not in the scope from the factory. Both of the others we ordered at the same time had batteries in the box and no teeth marks on the QD nut or set screw. If you had been honest that you incorrectly attempted to tighten the nut we would have been glad to exchange it for another one because they have a lifetime warranty and we could exchange it for a new one free of charge. Your manual and warranty card are here. You left them when you brought the scope back.

  Super low ballers. Trying to buy our $250 gun for $80 and tried to buy my $350 ring for $50. They’ll try to screw you in any way possible.

  Thanks for the review, but let's be truthful about it. We didn't make an offer on the pistol because the safety was missing. The pistol is $239 new. I offered to loan you $125 if it had the safety. The ring is 3 grams of 14k gold. Nobody anywhere is going to offer you more than $50. Thanks!

  This place tried, no did, take advantage of my family member. After reviewing transactions at home we went back to the shop for an explanation. We left with some of the money they had initially kept. Will never do business with this place again. Sold guns on gunbroker. Was verbally told the amount charged for service. Not given anything written. After guns sold money picked up. The amount was not correct. After re calculating several times he went back to shop requesting explanation of charges. He was given more money,though it wasn't the amount originally verbally agreed on. Decided to take the amount and just never do business here again. It's bad when you try to take advantage of senior citizens. If it was just a misunderstanding on his part, they could have just explained the charges. We have already moved on. Just want others to be aware. I asked about written papers etc. He said they calculated the charges on a POST-IT note. When he first told me he was selling thru these people I looked at the online auction. I said that I did NOT see them all listed online. He checked with the shop and they assured him that they were. I pulled up the auction site for him to see. This seems minor, but surely you know what you have posted for sale? Not sure how this can be ..made right..

  My husband and I have been loyal customers of this pawn shop, we figure if you treat us fair you get our business. Trust me we do alot of business through pawn, in the last 6 months we have spent on the good side of $2000.00 at this shop. This last time my husband got me a beautiful ring for Valentines Day and I haven't had it 2 weeks and the stone fell out and is lost. My husband called they said come by and then acted like we were trying to get something for nothing. Didn't even offer a different ring or to give back a little money so we can fget a new stone or anything. Our money will definitely be going elsewhere and we have a list of guns, ammo, another bow and more we want. Your loss.

  Do not do business here. I took a ring in there shop to sell. He said he had to take it to the back to give me a price. When he came back it had a smaller less valuable stone set in it.

  Haha that’s a good one! We actually do not do any jewelry repairs in shop so we don’t even have the needed equipment to accomplish that. Thanks for the review attempt though!

  Simply put, good honest folks. From my experience, the firearm related prices can't be beaten. Quality firearms always in stock, a short wait for special orders, and a reasonable FFL Transfer fee if you want to oder for yourself.

  If you need to pawn something don't waste your time. 90% of the time they'll say no and the other 10% they'll offer you next to nothing for something that's worth a lot.
