  My boyfriend and I bought our first home together almost a year ago and Sam was an AMAZING loan officer to work with! She is incredibly knowledgeable in her field and was able to answer all of our burning questions. She was also able to break down each step in simplified terms so we could truly understand what the home buying process was all about. Sam is so personable, lovely, and hilarious, too!   To start with, Samantha is honestly just a ray of sunshine she is so friendly and inviting and you instantly feel comfortable talking with her. Her positive attitude is contagious. Passed her wonderful personality, Samantha as a professional is someone you want to work with, especially as you are dealing with navigating your financial journey to becoming a home owner. She is knowledgeable, she will take the time to explain the entire process before it happens and as it happens. She will explain numbers, she will listen to your goals and budgets. She will work through any issues and assist you in preparing for your pre-approval, she is honest and she will tell you if you are ready or if she thinks waiting a little longer to make some tweaks in credit, debt or savings with allow you to gain more opportunities and lower rates. I work with Samantha professionally as I am a Realtor. Between her and her team, the Bob Melone team, it becomes pretty difficult to refer clients to anyone else. Knowing my clients are working with her sets my mind at ease knowing financially they are there, their team is seamless, everyone knows their clients they aren’t just a number, and the best part is I can message Samantha at anytime or while she’s on vacation and she’s going to respond. Her and her team truly go above and beyond for their clients and for Realtors alike. I recommend Samantha to anyone who wants someone who is diligent, knowledgeable, and when going the extra mile to her is just doing her job and working to make her clients dreams come true.

  Samantha is not like other loan officers, and I mean that in the best way possible! For a client to get through the entire closing process and feel like they learned something is quite rare! But Samantha is able to do just that! She takes time for your clients; to make them feel comfortable, to educate them; and to always be available.   Samantha with the Bob Malone Team at Radius Financial Group is my go-to lender. She is always on top of everything! If you have a question, she responds right away.   It's 4pm on a Sunday. My buyers have just walked out of their dream home. Best and Final is due by 10am Monday . The home has been on the market for 24 hours. The sellers already have 9 offers. I call Sam frantically and leave her a VM. We need an updated preapproval and the listing agent wants to talk to the lender. This could be ours but what if we can't get what we need? Within minutes I have everything I need to get the job done. Sam has connected and charmed the listing agent because she knows her clients finances in and out. She knows her clients stories. Where they come from, who they are. She paints a picture that goes beyond the piece of paper that could define the course of their life the next 30 years. Now, I am not saying she will pick up the phone 24/7 (we all need to live our lives, right?) but I am telling you she will NEVER leave you hanging. If it is a 911, she has your back. If you are a new agent and you need someone to walk you through the ins and outs of preapprovals, she will do it. If you are a veteran and you want to know the job is done, she will do it. She is everything you need in a lender. She is smart. She is outstanding. She is reliable. I consider myself lucky that our paths crossed. Thanks Sam for always getting us to the finish line!
