  What a wonderful person. Samantha Wilson has made us feel very important and treated us with great respect. She has worked with us from our unique situation from relocating from Iowa to Kentucky as if we was her only client. If your not using Samantha Wilson you are not using the right person.

  Samantha was so wonderful to work with throughout our entire loan/refinance process. Not only did she find us the best rates and guide us in making great decisions, she also made everything so easy by always being readily available to explain what was happening and assist us with all of the paperwork, every step of the way! We are now saving $400 a month and reduced the terms of our loan (30 years to 15 years)!!! It was an absolute pleasure to work with her. She is so knowledge, kind, and patient.   Samantha is absolutely the most patient loan officer I have ever worked with!!! She went above and beyond to help my brother purchase his first home. He had credit problems in the past and she worked so hard to help resolve them. She is so professional and smart. I've purchased 2 homes and she helped me understand so much more about home buying that I ever knew existed. She had so much patience to explain every step of the home home buying purchase to me, my mother and brother. She even helped us make a great offer which led to my brother now owning his beautiful home. She was so positive, uplifting and encouraging during this tough home buying market.
