  As a first-time home buyer I had A LOT of questions and uncertainties. Sam and his team were absolutely amazing to work with!! They were understanding of my concerns and priorities and I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire experience. They were super attentive to the many phone calls, texts and emails that got passed back and forth throughout the process as well. Sam and his team got me prequalified in record time and when everything was said and done, I've got a remarkably reasonable monthly mortgage payment. I couldn't have had a more positive experience!!   Sam and his team were very easy to work with. They answered all questions/concerns in a professional and timely manner. His entire team was very easy to get a hold of and I never had to wait around for more than 30 minutes to get a reply/answer to my questions. Sam is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to number crunching and will find a way to make things work within your own budget. He is not the type of professional that will cut corners or be inconsiderate of your budget, meaning, he is not after his clients to benefit for his gain.   I can’t say enough good things about Sam and his team! I am a first time home buyer and everything went so smoothly and they have all of their stuff together! I hate that I can only give him a five star rating because it should be like a 1 million star rating in all honesty. I love how they take time and get to know you and not just treat you like another customer buying a house and get documents from you.
