  came to deposit money in my checking and the atm swallowed my card, spit my money back out, and gave me a receipt saying the card was stolen. This is so inconvenient. 🙂

  THIS COMPANY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. I paid off my auto loan in June 2018 and I have still not received the title for the car! Years of being told to wait and being given the run around. I PAID OFF THE LOAN AND NEVER WAS GIVEN THE PINK SLIP. Terrible company out to screw over their customers in any way possible! NEVER BANK HERE.

  Not a good review but this is what really happened. I needed a cash advance on my SA visa so I called and was connected with a guy named Vince. I needed a few thousand, and having plenty of credit remaining he said it should not be a problem. Since I was in Belmont when I placed the call he said I could get what I was asking from a sister branch in Belmont (provident CU). He put me on hold so he could 'open my card in the system' and talk with the people at Provident CU in Belmont to confirm they could do it. A short time later he got back on line and said, 'yes, they would need 5 minutes to get the cash ready, so head over then in about 5 minutes'. When I arrived they had no idea who I was, told me there was nothing indicated in their system, and could only advance me $500. I just turned around and walked out without saying a word. I called SA back and then spoke with someone named 'Mahogany'. Told her the situation and she told me I would have to go to the Hayward branch to get it but she would call them to make sure they have the funds available and call me right back and she confirmed my phone number. One hour later still no call. In the first case I was given false information and in the second case I was dropped out of sight. Not a happy camper at the moment.

  Poor service, poor locations, and difficult to get simple things done. Once they get your money, they don't want to give it back. Find another credit union.

  They dont have hidden fees like the other big banks ...got my family into this bank because its helped me
