  Hands down worst bank in Cenla, while having the nicest employees at the same time. I’m not kidding, they are extremely sweet, they just might put your money in the wrong account when you go up there🤷🏼‍♂️

  My friend banks here. He approached me today with a story of how this place operates, and I was taken aback by what he had to say. First off, and I won't go into great detail as it may prove too vulgar for Google, but their web services are flat out garbage. Please think about the worst online web experience you've ever had and know that is what you'll be getting from this bank every time you log in. Simply needing a printout of his bank statements, he assumed he could visit the friendly staff there during his lunch break and get what he needed. What he didn't expect was that they were going to charge him $1 per page. Wow! I guess these are the types of shoddy practices you can expect from "hole in the wall" small town businesses. If that wasn't a punch in the face enough, the kind teller decided she would print it out anyway, flash the statements in his face, and then proceed to shred them. The funny thing is, the staff are actually quite friendly. It is the policies of the bank itself that are deserving of the rather generous review in which I have provided for the management of Sabine Bank in Alexandria, LA to be able to assess and review at leisure. I hope that my review can elucidate the expression of my friend's face after having returned to work from this establishment. Peace be with you and God bless America.

  If I could give yall 0 stars I would. I'm out of state and lost my debit card. Yall have done NOTHING to help me. Oh and yall can send checks in the mail but not a debit card?? Doesnt make any sense. I'm closing my account as soon as possible.. which might be a while since IM STUCK where I'm at because of yalls BS. Thanks for nothing 🖕

  Very friendly personell. Usually quick service. But on website it shows they are closed on Saturday, but they are open until 12/1230, not for sure which.

  Echoing others on here, kind staff and mediocre service. I'd strongly recommend taking a loan from another local/national chain as closing costs and red tape were difficult in comparison to others, but as a daily bank they work well and are very kind.
