      Came to open an account shortly before closing but denied service, when asking the manager if a customer arriving to do banking would be denied service by a teller the manager said no. So at this branch a teller can help a customer past closing but a manager can not. It is good to be king of a S&T Bank Branch, not so for a peasant teller or customer.
