  I've bought and refinanced homes a few times in my life and working with Russ has been the best experience I've had in the mortgage industry. He was informed, organized and got things done in a timely manner. It was by far the fastest and easiest refinancing I've ever had. The cost was fair and competitive with other companies as well.   Russ is amazing. I got my original home loan with him 3 years ago and just finished a refi this week. I really felt that he made my best interest the priority both times, at all times. He’s super easy and pleasant to work with, and gets everything done quickly and efficiently. I shopped around for rates before the refi, and no other lender came close to the deal he got for me. Even the title agent made a comment like “how did you get such a low rate?” Don’t bother with other loan officers, it’s a waste of time. THIS IS YOUR GUY.

  Russ Cottam is the BEST mortgage broker out there. Great rates, great deals are what he does best. 10+ years, multiple loans later, I always go back to Russ for my loans. He has your best interest in mind when he works for you. Honesty and respect is the way he treats everyone, and it shows in the quality of the loan that you receive. I would recommend Russ for any type of mortgage loan you need.

  Russ made it possible for us to buy our first home! We have worked with many mortgage lenders and non of them were able to get the job done. He works miracles!   Russ is absolutely THE best loan officer. He is intensely skilled in his trade, extremely nice, and you simply won't find a better agent for your home buying experience. Period. Our closing agent actually took us aside and said "I usually don't tell people this, but Russ is giving you a screaming deal". We were overjoyed from the experience of working with him.
