  My husband and I worked with Ellen and Megan for our FHA loan to purchase our first home. We couldn't have had a more pleasant experience, they were fantastic. We were pleasantly surprised at their quick response time and very grateful for the wealth of knowledge they had. They were so on top of their paperwork I bragged to my inlaws about them (my brother in law had just bought a house and the process took forever for them). Both were eager to help in anyway possible and had very positive attitudes during the entire process. We definitely recommend them and will be going to them for any future endeavors!

  Adam and the Ruoff team made my wife and I feel comfortable throughout the whole loan process. From the time we opened the application until even after we closed on our new home, Adam and the Ruoff team were working side by side with us. Anytime I had a question or concern, Adam responded within minutes with answers to our questions. The online process was simple and easy. I always knew what stage my loan was in and if I needed to complete any forms or provide documentation. I will be recommending Ruoff to anyone I know!

  My loan officer worked great with our realtor and us as a team. Everything was handled in a very timely manner. Every issue we ran into was due to the seller. Definitely would recommend to anybody and everybody we come in contact with.
