      Outstanding customer service from Ian Walker. If you need an auto loan or refinancing options he is the man. Extremely knowledgeable, kind, and proficient. Broke down things into crumbs so someone like myself could understand it. Coupled with Royal CU's services/rates I walked away today telling my wife I was winning in life; a check to purchase our first minivan and refinanced my current vehicle.

      Terrible bank! Crooks they charge all these outrageous fees crooks!Don't bank here!😣😣 they charge a lot of fees just like other banks there not really that different. And the one on rice st is 🙄.. Rotten bank. Customer service Rude.
