If I could score less than a one I would. The turn around time from time of ordering the title work to when we received it was over two weeks. I called several times to get an estimated time of arrival and asked for return calls on when we would receive it. NO calls, no emails. I finally called again and they actually had the nerve to say there was no contact info on where to send the title work. Seriously? I had called 4-5x leaving my phone number each time. They could have returned one of my 5 calls to get this information so we could get this file closed for the customer. Very " I don't care attitude's" by the people I spoke too. I would not steer customers here.
