  The staff of Roscoe State Bank could not be more friendly or helpful! They are all always going above and beyond to meet the needs of customers. I personally can count on them for anything from personal loans, auto loans, checking and savings accounts. They make everything very easy and help to ensure that my family’s banking needs are always met. They know us each by name and never fail to greet us with a warm smile and a genuine, “How can I help you today?” In a world full of electronics and online transactions, knowing we are more than a number and more than an account, means so much!

  I love Roscoe State Bank for the fact of their courteous, friendly and smiling faces. They are quick to acknowledge you the minute you walk through their doors. They are prompt in helping with your needs and are eager to help in any way they can whether in the lobby or drive thru to make your banking needs run smooth. I am proud to call RSB my Bank!

  I have been banking at Roscoe State Bank since about 2013, They have been very professional with all my requests. I have had my business account and my personal account with them with no problems. They have the best personnel within the bank I have ever delt with. I would highly recommend this bank to all my friends and family..   Karen Appling was a total Godsend when we were in the house buying process. She made the loan process so easy. She was always quick to answer phone calls, emails, and text messages.   I've been a customer of Roscoe State Bank for over 35 years. I recently completed a mortgage refinance with Karen at the Sweetwater branch. The experience was excellent. I honestly don't know how it could have went any better. If you're looking to buy or refinance a home, you should talk to her first.

  In many places today customer service is a catch phrase, but at Roscoe State Bank personalized service is a daily reality. I especially appreciate how Cheri answers the phone when I call with a concern. I feel like I’m talking to a friend. She is kind,helpful, and patiently resolves my problem, every time.
