  Well I haven't been in their store in a really long time however when I had some stuff in loan there they were amazing. A few times I had to be late with my payment and they didn't charge me a late fee as long as I called ahead of time they were willing to work with me. Honestly much rather deal with her than one of those chain pawn shops that don't care

  Most of the guitars are broken and over priced. The hand tools are priced at just below New prices for old worn out equipment thats missing parts. I have no idea how someone can call this store a 5 star experience with such incredibly rude staff and filthy unorganized store. The lady that works there pays more attention to the dog than anything and has set the standard for a cold and classless personality. There really is no reason I can think of to ever go back.

  Hi Dan. We let our customers try out the guitars before purchasing them. I don't recall you trying out a guitar. When was the last time you were in the store? As for our tools, we price them half or less of what they sell for new, depending on what shape they are in. We have been in business for 34 years. We wouldn't be able to be, pricing items at garage sales prices.

  I've made several diamond deals over the last 5 years at Ron's. Always a good selection with a wholesale price for making custom jewelry.

  Took in my Xbox one the lady asked the price instead of giving me one. She was rude and said they don’t accept Xbox ones anymore. I noticed she lied because there was one for sale. Stay away!

  Hi Joey. I'm sorry you felt like I was rude. What I said was I'm sorry but we won't buy your Xbox one for $125 because the new system is coming out. I would gladly buy it but not at the price you are asking because of new system coming out.

  I have been a customer for many year for getting loans and buying items. It's an easy and quick way to get cash. Has great deals on items for sale too. I mostly go to check out their tool section.

  Very nice clean store. I buy a lot of things and send to my country. I really like that they have a layaway plan. That lets me buy more items

  Will some people might seem road people have all their days but I've been in there a few times and bought some things like a PS3 some games in a couple other things in the past and I never had an issue with them
