When curve balls were thrown at us during our home purchase process, Rolando was always there just a text or phone call away to continue answering our inquiries.   Rolando was phenomenal during our buying process. This is the 2nd home we have purchased with his assistance. He constantly communicated the status of our loan and consistently provided us with up to date information. When I was being reached out to by other lenders I would bring that Information to him and I could trust that he would answer the questions truthfully and guide me even if it meant he was going to lose the sale. After locking my rate he worked with me to make sure that I knew ALL of my options like down payment, interest, buying down my rate, and a plan for refinancing down the road. He showed me ways that was helpful to me and things that I should not do.
