Belen Rodriguez3My partner had our truck financed through RCU so we had a savings and loan account open, I made the appointment to go in and sit with a rep to open a checking account. We sat with Rene who was very short, no pun intended. I supposed I am used to a rep being talkative and just nice but Rene maybe wasn't feeling it. I felt that if we didn't ask questions he wouldn't really give us information. He grabbed our info and typed and typed and would occasionally glance over and ask a quick question. Again we asked because we are new to this bank when we would get our cards, I just felt like he could have told us that instead of us asking since we opened a checking account and deposited money, like how do we access our money now that the bank has it, just seemed like a thing to share. He also gave us our account number instead of our customer number to access the app, I waited on the phone 30 mins just to get that code because he gave it to us incorrectly. Very frustrating to access the app without that customer number. Not the best first experience with the bank but at least the girl who was the teller was super sweet and she was informative.

Diane B1Ever increasing wait lines inside! The lines just get longer and longer! The ATM teller does not work for my transactions. It's very frustrating that they continue to build branches but don't have tellers!!! Maybe tome to switch to a small local bank...

Tanner Bean1Came in to get my credit card renewed. Didn't have card stock at a bank. Wasted 20 minutes to find that out. Have to go to a different branch now to get it done.

Matthew Getz1Just called to find out if they had a coin counting machine. They put you on an automated system and make you wait for 15min and longer. Your telling me no one knows how to pickup a phone? No teller? No manager? What a joke ! Was think of switching to them. NOT NOW. Watch a get a fake automated apology response.

Matthew Unbankes1Do not come here if you value your time or money. Never have people at the counter for the 15 people in line, they spend 10 minutes chatting it up with each person and they gave money out to people not working instead of essential workers. This place is absolutely horrible for banking.

Klem1I stop at the bank quite frequently and the counter is ALWAYS under staffed! For example right now there is 10+ people in line with only 2 tellers! This happens at all times of the day! Be prepared to wait forever!

C G5Been banking with them for a long time, always been good to me. Have the latest atms that are great and customer service is good.

Lps Lola3I would give 5 star for service except their online banking system and app a far below my expectations. I am forced to keep my banking at another bank because Rogue Credit Union bill pay is VERY unreliable. If I could access the app and pay my bills with ease I'd ditch my other bank today.
