  Deceitful. Turned down some items, that's fine. Made a low offer on silver jewelry, that's fine. Lie about the weight of said jewelry to get an even better deal from a first time customer, bad for business.

  They do not buy used or unused cell phones.they are honest in offer or no offer for item to pawn or sell. A very clean and organized customer browsing area. Its apparent their preference to sell , or buy lies in the musical instrument and related products. I would even alter the name to "Music , jewels and gems".

  Couldent beleave this. I bought a bass guitar anf amp for 1000 dollars I asked if it had Ben tested they assured me it wad tested when I got home the amp and the gutar wouldn't make a sound I brought it back less that 2 hrs layer they could not get it to work and refunded me only 90 poercent of what I paid they said it's store policy yet it is not writen anyware. And not on the reciept I hope the owner will contact me because I think that you cant sell broken equpment and charge the customer fir it total scam I will be waiting a response or I will go to the and small clams unreal never herd of such a scam

  Best customer service experience in a pawn shop hands down! They have extremely good deals and give you top dollar on your items. Would recommend them to anyone anytime!

  Gotta FULLY reccomend Rocky's- 10 stars! The experienced staff is ...really easy to work with, and has helped us with SUPER good deals, both my selling and buying. I deal with Ken and Debra most of the time- and they treat me like a good friend, always a pleasant experience. If you need FAST (they are) loan, at a totally fair price- or are shopping for a killer deal on jewley, instruments- electronics- just go there. The usual stuff, and a lot more, too. (No junk, all quality!)

  Very well light, clean establishment. All of the merchandise is laid out very nicely throughout the store😊. Both Ken & Brenda are both incredibly friendly and helpful. They are both knowledgeable about all the merchandise, are professional, and easy to work with. Whether you are pawning, selling or making a purchase Rocky's is more than fair! They have sales throughout the year and also a lay-a-way program, too. I won't go anywhere else.

  Don't ever buy guitars that they say r new u r more than likely going to have a warped neck plus first time ever buying a guitar so I'll never buy another guitar in my life thanks to thier service new items should always carry a 30 day return policy I could understand if it was a used guitar but no they said it was new

  Rocky's is a class act. The first time I walked in there, I was feeling desperate and was almost in tears. I remember Rocky himself was there and he took a few minutes to talk to me. They have always treated me with dignity and fairly. One cannot beat their one percent loans. They helped me get through a very rough time in my life and back on my feet. I am thankful for them. I was able to save family heirlooms that I was sure I was going to lose.

  Everyone at Rockys is great. They're friendly and always give me the best deal I can get. Kenny is always willing to work with me to help me out. I'm very grateful they are around. I can always count on them. I'm a very satisfied customer.

  The young blonde male associate definitely came at me like I was wasting his time. I just came in to sell a few things no hassle. But the gentlemen was short quick and actually a bit aggressive when he had something to add. I left with 60$ and gave them over 300$ worth of products I just wish I was treated more like a person and not a nuisance
