      This branch is great but Rockland trust as a company is horrible they treated me poorly and I feel like I was discriminated against because of my skin color. I called in to open my daily spending limit and the customer service rep that was a white male felt like something was suspicious about me. I guess a African American women treating herself to a couple nice things did not make sense to him long story short my account was closed out for no reason my account was manual flagged but to say Atar was awesome he was the only one that made me feel like a customer not a criminal he didn’t care about skin color he just wanted to help and even though I left his bank with not a dollar it felt good knowing someone actually cares. ATAR needs a raise and promotion maybe he can teach some classes on non discrimination.. so the only branch I would recommend is MILTON branch the whole team is nice and friendly even the teller she was warming didn’t get her name in a pandemic like this it should be more LOVE less HATE and I will be contacting a lawyer

      John that works at the front desk is so nice. Great guy! The woman at the front desk is rude and dismissive.

      So not open a kids account here. They will suddenly start charging fees and not tell you. Woman at front desk is horrible. Worst customer service.
