I went in looking for a new checking account, the people in this location are so helpful. My banker Laura answered all my questions, and explained all the features and benefits. The experience was easy and pleasant. Oh BTW the building is sparkling clean too. Good job guys ! The Quincy community is happy to have this bank :) keep up the good work

Hands down the best bank in the area. This branch provides exemplary customer service. They have not only remembered my name from day one, but they even remember my kids. I usually work with Matt, who is outstanding, i have opened 4 accounts with him and secured a loan. He even got me set up for credit card processing for my construction business and it's all linked to my business checking acct. It was really easy and they have streamlined the process perfectly. Even though I moved across town I continue to do all my in-person business at thos branch and I have no plans on going anywhere else.
