  I have Covid and I was in contact with everyone at that branch! I let them know about it and they’re still working, spreading COVID around. Won’t let me talk to any managers.

  2nd generation banking with Rockland Trust.....now I know why my parents were valued customers. The customer service is outstanding and knowledge of the banking industry exceeds expectations.

  Have been to this branch several times and they were nice except for yesterday when I went in and cashed my check. Later after I had left one of the bills turns out to be counterfeit, the next day I go back and these guys cannot help refund my money even after verifying that indeed I had been there the previous day and indeed the bill was among what was given to me. They claim that once a customer leaves the bank, its done, they can't come back to claim counterfeit money given to them. We all go to Banks and get cash that we trust to be good because we trust that they verify the bills before accepting them, how would I have known that it would turn out to be counterfeit??? Am very disappointed with this branch, they just took away my weekly shopping money.... I can't even think of opening an account with this bank and definitely would never reccommend to any of my friends.

  Excellent / 5 star Customer Service every time I go to this branch ! The tellers are welcoming and treat me like a member of their family. Also as a side note This branch provides one of the Fastest and quickest service out of any bank I have been to.

  Stacey called me when she noticed my signature did not match a personal check from my account. I appreciate her due diligence getting clarification from me before cashing the check. The matter was resolved when i requested Stacey rip up the check.

  Each and every time I need to go to the bank I have a great experience. They always promptly greet me by name and help me with whatever I need done. Running a small business is difficult and time consuming and they support me very well. I couldn't ask anymore from them!
