  Michelle Allen at Rock Rates did a terrific job helping us with our refinance! She was easy to work with, unfailingly good humored, very professional, and really went out of her way to keep things on track and make sure everything got done on time. We ran into a number of complications but she was great at finding solutions quickly. I'd highly recommend Rock Rates to anyone looking to refinance a mortgage, and especially recommend working with Michelle to make sure the process goes smoothly.

  I had a wonderful experience working with Rock Rates on refinancing the mortgage on my home in DC. Bob Sargent, my lending agent ,worked closely and pulled out all the stops to offer the best deal possible. Jessica Kronen, my loan processor, provided top-notch service in managing the ins and outs of the closing process. She was incredibly prompt in replying to my many inquiries regarding the closing process. I felt like I had the "dream team" addressing my case.   Michelle Allen and Stephen Gumpert were amazing to work with on our home loan. We were under a very tight timeline and they both worked nights and weekends to push our loan through as quickly as possible. It sounds so cliché, but they helped us purchase our dream home! Rock Rates also had the lowest interest rates of anyone we tried to work with. Highly recommended!!

As a veteran, I know the VA loan process can be complex, but she was nothing short of making sure no detail was missed. Lauren, as my loan officer, was also a pleasure to work with.   We are absolutely amazed at how quickly and smoothly our refinance went. From date of application until date the funds were in our bank was only a month. Stephen Gumpert and Michelle Allen were wonderful to work with.. we could communicate by text, phone or email-- it didn't matter as both of them were immediately available to answer questions, help us through the process (we are not very technologically savvy )and never any excuses or delays on their part. Over the many years of our lives we have been involved with many financing transactions , including in the old days when things were much simpler. Never have we had such an easy experience as with Stephen and Michelle at Rock Rates!

  I had an extremely positive experience working with Keystone Funding. The different personnel with whom I dealt were all professional, communicative and went the extra step in terms of pushing my refinancing forward. The process was slower than I had hoped overall, but not because Keystone dropped the ball (the problem is always underwriters and investors). I would certainly recommend Keystone to other seeking to finance a new or refinance an old mortage - they care about their customers and respond far faster than other firms with which I am familiar.
