  I have called HR for River view with no return number . We had money in a Roth IRA and I have had a women called back and was upset I didn’t know a lot of information because it’s a new account. She was a Medicare specalist. She didn’t listen and miss understood, so I would repeat back. She tone Monitor me as she was frustrated. She hung up on me. And then called me back asking for the wrong name. I asked her not to call me back and I will be calling HR on her. She explained she is Native American and not white so she cannot be racial on how she feels I should talk to help her feel . So frustrating. I don’t want to deal with Roth IRA . It’s not easy to walk in or find someone to help me. I miss Emily Kuehl who opens the account.

  This is where Google sent me but it's not a bank. It's an office building. The bank is a few miles down on 192nd I think the lady said. It blew my timing for picking up my friend from work. So frustrating.

  In October my daugher's account was charged fraudulantly the amount of 1.07$ 13 times on the same day and the transactions went through even though she had fraud protection. She contacted the bank immediately and they have been dragging their feet, three months later, they still have not given her her money back. Horrifying. Absolutley horrifying. And they have the audacity to claim that they were voted the best for their customer service.

  Only open a trust here if you want the vp laurie hawkins to barely give you enough to live on. To treat you with zero respect. I know someone who has his trust here. He is told to buy his furniture used. Because "they want to save the money for future generations " he has no children!!!!! He was promised his share of the proceeds from His moms home. Only to have the vp tell him nvm. That goes back into the trust! It's clear their . Now the vp is his payee. For his SSI. His checks 2000 per month. He gets 500. The rest supposedly goes toward his car payment. They paid his car off. Now he has to pay them back! Im guessing with interest! Well 1500 per month for the past 4 years! Wow! Clearly the focus is on retention. Not the fact this is HIS money! That HIS parents left him! Trusted the vp to have HIS best interest! After all, this is HIS life!!!! I could go on forever. But I'm sure his parents would not appreciate the vp telling him to keep paying rent! And NOT to buy a home! Simply because she doesn't want to pay more than they do now for rent!

  Closed my account today because of the poor attitude of the lady that sits at the door. She doesn’t even have the common decency to greet customers. Stay away!!!

  I love the employee’s here. I’ve been coming here for 12 years and I’ve never had to wait. They are very friendly and patient!

  If you can, do not use Riverview for your home mortgage needs. Especially this branch.
