  They are very friendly. They greeted me as I walked through the door. I didn't wait long on service, most of all I felt at home and like family. Dorian was very courtesy. They also have alot of different banking options. I highly recommend them!

  I just moved at the end of last month. Got off work early to open an account. Called the location ahead of time and asked what I needed to open an account. I was told I needed my drivers license, social security card, and $5 minimum deposit. I drove all the way home to get my social security card then drove to the bank. As soon as I walk in I let the teller know I would like to open an account. Without hesitation, the first thing she asks is if my drivers license matches my current address. I tell her no. Oh well we can’t open an account for you unless you bring mail with the correct address. I HAD JUST CALLED TO ASK WHAT I NEEDED!! Now the bank is closed and I left work early for no reason. Thanks. Will not be back.

  Riverfall CU is a great place to handle all of your financial needs. I prefer the branch on Hwy 69 South but all of their locations are willing to serve. Ms. Elisa Spencer is my favorite to work with. She always goes above and beyond in whatever I ask or need. She is very helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to mines and my family’s banking needs. As I said earlier, all of the employees are great. Ms. Elisa just happens to be my personal favorite!

  Dorian Brooks is a rock star. She quickly attended to my email and request. Again she quickly sent me clear directions and electronic documents with arrows pointing to the places needing my attention. You may think well she was just doing her job. She was. What makes this unique is when I compare other places And experiences where people do not attend to details and requests quickly. There is a big difference. Very pleased with my experience with Dorian yesterday.

  I’ve been a member with Teachers credit union /Riverfall Credit Union for over 20 years. I’ve always had the best service ever. So proud to have a bank that is dependable, personable , and always willing to work with me . I can’t see banking with any other bank.

  When you call this credit union you get a person you are going to see in the lobby. You don't call an 800 number and get put on hold with corporate. In my opinion that makes RiverFall the best choice for banking in Tuscaloosa.
