Self Made1I wanted to love this bank for multiple legitimate reasons. And overall it is a very good bank so the potential it undeniable. But I have never in my life been treated more poorly in a professional setting, especially one important as your personal finances. At first I thought was willing to overlook it and maybe just a bad day? No. Not a bad day. Just a bitter disrespectful, ungrateful, unprofessional old lady that would make sure to make me feel" less than" with every single deposit or in person interaction. I wanted to record our transactions to have this blemish removed but life is busy and I have more important things to do. And as it turned out there's many other good banks in town but its a real shame to have such a great place be ruined by one individual.
