  Some aspects of banking are straight-forward and others are more challenging. I recently had one of the latter and River Bank really went above and beyond. They were friendly, educated me on the process, and were completely professional and thorough. We resolved this service-item to my complete satisfaction in record time.   It's a pleasure to bank with River Bank and Trust. They were a top notch, super friendly and professional group as Keystone Bank and thankfully they haven't lost any of that after the merger with RB&T. I'm completely satisfied with my experience with all the different products and services I've had through them. I truly feel like the people there care about me as a customer and don't just look at me as a source of fees/income for them. Unfortunately the latter mindset has long since taken over the way the big banks look at their customers.

  I have been banking with River/Keystone Bank since Boles, John and company opened the door. It just doesn't get any better: fast, friendly, efficient, professional, local and even a little therapeutic fun..too many superlatives to list. If I didn't have my own business to tend to, I would try to get a job with them. Thanks to the gang for everything!

  I've been in maybe 3 times to cash checks because that's where my boss banks and it's been a very pleasant experience everytime I have been in there, seriously thinking about starting an account there!!
