Priscilla M Felder5Your Walterboro Staff is awesome. They are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They are certainly an asset to your Credit Union. Every customer that walked in, one of the employees welcomed them by name. I had a problem with installing my app on my phone, Melody assisted me with setting it up in less than ten minutes. Sherry had a customer that sat an waited for her, because she really wanted to ask her how was her family. They both knew the names of eacher's family. I am new to this branch, I felt like I had been coming there for years. It was such a warm experience.

Tee Lawton1This is a low budget bank. Only a few staff members are friendly. Their app is always acting weird, no one can ever explain anything... not to mention they don’t take quarters (one of the tellers said). Their ATM never works & drive through always crawl. Maybe better service in the Summerville or Charleston location, but it sucks here. I’m switching banks this Friday!

We have not received any other comments regarding the app "acting weird," so I'd double check that you're running the most up-to-date version to ensure it's operating properly. We're a financial institution, and absolutely accept currency, quarters included. As for the Drive-Thru and ATM, we're usually able to assist members fairly quickly. As a reminder, most transactions can be conducted on REV's Digital Banking platforms.

Stephanie Crosby1This credit union has the WORST phone service! You cannot get a human on the line. I call for fraud alerts when I am travelling and they will still lock my accounts and then they cannot unlock on the weekened. I lost a debit card recently and could not report it lost (after hours) because I did not know my member number. I am trying to get intouch with my local brach right now and have been trasnferred three times to the wrong branch. It is crazy how frustrating it is to just speak to a person. I might have to go back to Navy Federal as the convience of a Heritage Trust branch near me is not worth all of the other frustartions.

As a Heritage Trust member, you are able to instantly freeze your debit card through the card control feature on the HT Mobile App. This will immediately turn off your card thereby preventing anyone who may find it from using it. If you happen to relocate your debit card, you're able to go back into the mobile app and instantly turn it back on to begin using it. The HT Mobile App is free to download through the iTunes and Google Play store.

Brandy Bell1Atms never work appropriately. If you go inside, there is generally 1 teller with a line. The ATM issue is such an aggrevation.
