  Just recently refinanced our house with Restyn, and we couldn't be more pleased and happy with our experience. After working with my former lender and them telling me I couldn't refinance out of an FHA into a conventional loan. I did some research on my own and was eventually pointed in the direction of Restyn. I explained to him our current situation and what our goals were. Restyn went to work and made our goals work, and he explained a lot of things to where I could understand what is going on through out the entire process. Super happy and pleased with our experience and we will most definitely be a life long customer. Thank you again Restyn!!

  Restyn and his team were very friendly and super helpful throughout the entire process. I received notifications and explanations each step of the way so I understood what was going on and even received tips on what to expect and avoid to ensure a smooth closing. The portal the company uses was also very user friendly. They offered me amazing loan options that allowed me to be flexible with my budget. I had a 21-day escrow so they were great on a time crunch. Overall, I had a good experience using Restyn and team as my lender and would definitely recommend them to future home buyers.

  I always dread refinancing, it’s all the paper work that needs to be done. But Restyn made it so easy and he was very helpful with all my questions.
