  We have relied on the expertise of Union Trust to obtain great rates for both a mortgage and a refinance. Dan Grimes treats his customers with the same respect he would treat a family member and is always available to answer any questions throughout the loan process. The staff at Union Trust are knowledgeable, courteous, and professional, thus making the process less overwhelming, especially for first-time buyers. Because Union Trust is a smaller corporation, they can focus on providing the customer with personal attention and that is why we would not go anywhere else for a mortgage.

  I have had many experiences involving Union Trust Mortgage over the years. During the application process the terms are explicitly stated and all questions are answered before they let you leave, that way you are well informed about all the terms of your loan. At that point, it is your choice to agree or not agree and simply walk away. Not only do they communicate during the application process and closings, they actually let me know when rates are getting to a point that it would benefit to refinance on a certain loan. There is something to be said for the great personal service you receive when closing through Union Trust. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great loan and great service.
