  Active listening is tantamount to good customer service and business. I've called this business asking for a specific type of loan, and the woman on the phone said they've done these loans. She started asking questions that seem kind of strange. I've answered them thinking she was going to qualify me for the loan I was seeking. In a matter of time she called back with a rejection. When I followed up asking did she run my credit she assured me she has, and it wasn't for the loan I've asked for. I know people are good at pointing the blame back to the customers in 2020 but this one is on this business. Next time make sure you're reps listen to what your prospects are seeking they might bring you customer even if you cannot fulfill their needs. Thank you for the hard inquiry that will not leave my credit until 10/2022. Again if your reps cannot actually listen! FIRE THEM!
