Jessy Prado-Smith5After having a terrible experience at Asmus Jewelry nearby, I came to Repeat Pawn with an old ring. These were such kind and caring people! Though they could not offer me much for the raw value of the ring, they took the time to make recommendations on how I could get more value for the ring online, giving me tips on how to word the post for best value. They didn't have to do that! I am grateful for their help and will return in the future!

Brandon Staat1If I could put negative 5 stars would be how I rate this place! Pawned off 3 riffles for $450.00 and they said 6 payments of $90.00 and then they drew it out after we paid the 6 payments and closed their doors due to Covid-19 and claimed we missed payments dates, since they were closed and they charged me an extra $400 in late fees for a total of me paying the $540.00 and $400.00 for a total of $940.00 to get my riffles out of pawn and pretty sure their are laws about overcharging for things in pawn and on the ticket the white haired lady only showed the 6 $90.00 payments to appear to be a normal payment pawn on paper, I think they just wanted to keep my riffles by making it so expensive that you walk away. So they can resell them to make more profit off of someone going through a hard spell financially . Places like this shouldn't be in business and don't bring your business to them! STAY AWAY YOUVE BEEN WARNED!!!
Response from the ownerBelieve you have the wrong business. #1 never closed for this covid thing. We actually extended our hours. #2 there is no record of you every doing a pawn.

Cody Young1They used to be a good business years ago, but now the blonde owner woman (if you want to call her that) is driving it into the ground and is officially a scam/ con shop now and she will rip you off! Unprofessional, rude, and you're better off throwing your stuff away before coming here. You'll get about the same money for it as throwing it away! Stay away, you've been warned!

Randy King1My opinion of this place used to be a good one. My wife and I spent a lot of money at this pawn shop and did many pawns over the length of time of about three years. It used to be a good pawn shop with great service up until recently. About a month ago my wife and I went into this pawn shop to pick up my weedeater and blower and when we were there the owner's son went to go get my weedeater and blower and we heard him drop my weedeater just before he brought them out to us. We didn't think it was anything to major so I just payed on my pawn to get them out and we went home. When the day came again that I had to go to a client's house to do some work I found that one of the screw holes were stripped where the head/motor of the weedeater attaches and it was all busted up behind the filter and leaking oil all over the weedeater. I could not do the work for my client that I needed to because of the damages and so I called the pawn shop to talk to the owner about what could be or should be done and he blew up at me, denied any damages done by the pawn shop or his son(the responsible one) and he started cussing at me using the "f" word multiple times. In my opinion that is a very poor way to run a business. That was all gone about in a very unprofessional manner. I will not and will never recommend this place to anyone after that experience.

Tomas Simatovic1Was interested in a very good condition eppiphone dot. For 300, it was worth that. No haggling necessary for a working guitar. I plugged it in, one of the tone knobs didnt work. No big deal, wanted to see if she could haggle on the price by maybe 20 bucks. She immediately proceded to tell me they're worth 8-900 bucks. Which got me interested because i wondered if maybe BB king signed it and played it and I wasn't aware. LOL as a guitar enthusiast I didn't feel the need to waste my time. Found one brand new for 400 bucks so it wasn't worth it.
