      Underwriting process was incredibly unprofessional. Be prepared for underwriters to repeatedly ask for information and documents that have already been supplied, random documents that are unrelated, arbitrary documents you likely don't have, etc. In our case, as one example, the underwriter wanted me to prove I had sold a rental property years in the past. Our process included 7 rounds of document requests - many of them I supplied 2 or 3 times. Worst mortgage experience ever.

      I just wanted to take a minute and let everyone know how the Branch manager at Birmingham park pl. Went way beyond what she had to to help me out this morning. I have not even been with this bank long but she helped me with a situation this morning that was my misunderstanding. She fixed the problem and in perfect timing. Thank you!!       I've been here on several occasions and its not crowded there's not a lot of different attitudes they are not on the phone and ignore you when you walk in I'm just so pleased with the telephone and all of them are soooooo wonderful. Thank you for putting me first as a customer and person you all are great.
