  I've been banking with reliant for seven (7) years. In that time I have never had an issue with the bank. I use the Landmark location most often and the employees are always upbeat and very friendly and quick. My biggest rave of all is the online security! They are top notch! I've had my card information hacked several times and they caught it almost immediately. The other thing I love about reliant is that they issue debit cards right at the bank so there's no need to wait the usual 7-10 days to get a new card. I started my kids with savings accounts with reliant when they were teens, they have been able to build their credit with Auto loans and mortgage payments both at a fairly young age I definitely and highly recommend reliant federal credit union.

  LOVE MY BANK. Everything on my account is available on the new app which is so user friendly!!! This bank is modern and accommodating to every need. I've never had problems with my cards, or processing payments. Had my card stolen last week, canceled within 5 minutes on the app didnt even have to call anyone or anything. Got a brand new card the next morning. HIGHLY RECCOMENED THIS BANK!!!

  After over 20 years of banking with Reliant, they wouldn't deposit my check from the company I work for without calling the bank and verifying the funds. According to the manager at the eastside location, this is the credit unions policy. I called back to the westside branch to be told it's at the tellers discretion. I just wanted my check deposited, and didn't care if the funds were available right away.

  Customer service is on point every single time. Everything is smooth at this bank. The app is better than ever, it has so many diverse functions.

  There needs to be a no star rating. I've had nothing but issues with this bank. Do not recommend. Only the managers know what they're talking about so ALWAYS ASK FOR MANAGERS. Tellers cant do math well enough for 6 checks to equal a same average to clear a business check that shows the company of employment and the employer when you've had the same average hours.

  I have used RFCU for almost 20 years, including 6 years when my family lived out of state. We have checking, savings, retirement, and investment accounts and have always been pleased with the level of service and professionalism offered by Reliant's employees.

  I've been dealing with reliant for about 30 years now. Not one single issue with account or loans, very friendly ladies, loans are easy to get and the rates are great.

  Well it takes 7 to 10 business days to get your card found out that the cards haven't been shipping and she said if my card hasn't actually shipped it will take even longer and I'll still have to wait with a rush on the card.And the member service representative said"I'm sorry your Bill's will have to wait".I've only been with RFC a week.Thanks!
