  Absolutely love this Pawn Shop, infact the best one I've been too with good prices and offers. Staff are really nice, and I feel bad about some of the customers that come in there and treat the staff with impatience.

  Great pawn shop! I've been dealing with them for over 15 years and I'm a very satisfied customer. When I walk into the pawn shop, there's always someone to greet me and ask if I need help. All the employees are so polite, considerate and willing to help with anything. When I'm asked by someone about where can they find a good pawn shop, I always recommend Reliable Pawn shop. Thumbs up Reliable Pawn!!!

  Best pawn shop in Sumter in my opinion based off of my personal experiences, as well as the experiences of others that I know which have done business there. They are always willing to work with people to help them out the best they can by providing loans & holding items for customers when circumstances come up because the pawn brokers at Reliable Pawn are understanding & empathetic people. They are nothing but reasonable with the prices on merchandise & even with the loans they provide. I recommend them highly if you & your wallet want to be treated with respect, dignity, & equity, as well as with some southern hospitality.

  I love this pawn shop. Very friendly staff and amazing prices. Whenever I walk in, there is always someone to quickly greet me and ask if I need assistance. There's no other pawn shop I would go to. Highly recommend Reliable Pawn!

  Customer service is poor. And to be honest if you are a different race (black). Then expect poor service. Employees talks about customers as soon as they walk out the door. Will not pawn for a good price for very valuable things. Employees seem like they do not care. Need to be more friendly to all race. Again. Need to be friendly to ALL races.

  Very helpful, friendly and professional pawn shop in Sumter. First time going there & had a very pleasant experience! I highly recommend to anyone. Bit was very helpful & greeted me and my sister soon as we stepped in the door!

  I recently had Reliable Pawn transfer to me a pair of stripped lower receivers (a firearm part containing a serial number) purchased from an out of state gun shop. While the transfer fee was excellent the store personnel classified these two castings on the background check as "rifles". These parts are classiied by the federal government (ATF) as "Other (parts)". The store manager was insistant that these parts constituted long guns when they aren't. I could also do without the cracks about their black customers. It's unprofessional.

  These amazing people were very fair and made my life much easier. Gave me a good price and pawned it for the chance to get it back. I think they knew I really didn't want to part with it.
