Nancy foote2This branch, Augusta West Parkway, branch manger Sandy Mimmons is a prejudice lady. I've cashed my boyfriends check several times with a basic 3rd party charge. This last time she had me drive around the building and wait for a ridiculous amount of time, just to tell me itll cost 21 dollars. She only said that after seeing my boyfriend is African American. She was rude, just as the teller was. Then Sandy Milton's CLOSED my account and I have several automatic deductions that come from this account, which they all were declined. She never told me she was closing my account. I will take this up further with corporate and I gladly will never bank with regions again.

They are fast and always accurate when dealing with your money. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great place to do your banking with.

I requested that she have a conference call with the hotel to discuss the issues, but she said that the bank does not do conference calls. I left this bank and went to a different Regions location and they were more than happy to assist me. I hope this wasn't a prejudice thing...
