Charlene Weinbrandt1We spent 3 month dealing with people passing the buck. No one does any work, there is always something that was not done on the other end. Service is terrible. The girls at the bank are working and doing a great job, and sadly even have have their supervisers envolved to get things done. Because behind the sceens the ones at home need to be held responsible for all the hold ups and errors. Time for everyone to return to duty!

Some Crazy2I love the people that work at my local branch. Always very helpful and professional. My only problem is when trying to find a phone number online for my local branch. It only gives an 800 # to the headquarters in Birmingham. I've got no reason to talk to anyone there. They don't even have a number for my local branch. Scottsboro, AL .
