  Do NOT go to this ATM in an emergency. Nothing against the people here never had any issues with them, which is why I decided on a second star. But the atm functionality is horribly untrustworthy and has caused us many an overdraft fee, which has been completely the responsibility of the bank’s ATM failures and can be proven with cameras yet customer service refuses to waive. As well, we’ve had money stolen by the ATM that thankfully my husband noticed in time to cancel the deposit and get the money back.

  Every time I come to this branch their server is down! You can’t get into the bank with out an appointment! The atm is almost always down! I truly don’t understand why this branch is even open! I love the bank itself! But this branch always has an issue! In 9 days I’ve gone here 3 times, twice the server was down and three times the atm was not working! What in the world is going on at this branch? I can leave this branch go half a mile down the road to the other branch and their server is working and both of their atms are working!

  They are TERRIBLE. They will LIE and tell you anything just to get you to open an account. I opened an account and they promised me I'd have no problems with my direct deposit. ..long story short, I never even received my direct deposit for that month. ..and I'm on SSI/DISABILITY. I am still trying to get my money from that month! DO NOT USE THIS BANK.

  This perticlur branch was so very unprofessional!!!! I was willing to pay a fee to get some papers notarized but since I didn't bank with them, I was directed to the county clerk's office instead. I was glad to pay Harrison County my money after the unprofessional behavior I got from this branch. I hope all the other branches are not like this one in the way they treated me. For all they knew I might had been in search of bank and they blew it big with me. I am a business person and I do not turn people away who are willing to pay for a service I can do and who is not looking for a hand out. SHAME ON YOU, REGION'S BANK!!!

  A family member of mine had their vehicle repossessed. I think it was very, very unprofessional when the bank lady from your Collections department laughed at my relative while talking to said relative over the phone. Don't believe pull the phone conversation, I know they are always recorded. The incident happened on 2/7/2019

  Big shout out to Erik at Regions bank on Highway 49 in Gulfport MS. Very professional and very friendly. Please if you can give this man a raise. He deserves it. He aided my friend in notarizing paperwork and kept a positive attitude through it all. Definitely a 10/10 experience. Thank you.

  Terrible bank. I don't understand why you charge a fee to cash a check that's through your bank. I will stick to credit unions. They are more reliable and less expensive.

  Went to the drivethru atm on hwy 49 in gulfport withdrew 600 olny got 300 and then thinking the money got left stuck in the money dispenser withdrew 50 more and olny got 20
