      This specific Regions never counts my money right. I used to always go there to deposit my cash and checks and I kid you not they have only counted it right maybe once out of the many of times I’ve been. Every other regions in Tuscaloosa is perfectly fine though.

      I walked straight to the counter because there was no one in there. So the teller I walked up to was named Jessica Ward, I smiled and asked her how was she doing and I got no reply. They are usually very friendly at the bank. So I asked her was she open because I just needed to make a deposit. Then she tells me that she was busy and I was suppose to wait to be called . I understand if there was a line but it was not, I have never got treated like that at any bank I have an account with. She really made me want to close my account if I have to deal with that just to make a deposit. On the other hand Lindsey Hutson made my transaction smooth , easy and friendly like it should have been. THUMBS UP TO LINDSEY 👍🏾😍

      Froze all my account and starting closing them without giving me notice. Wasn't able to access any of my funds for 4+ days. Go open an account somewhere else. This isn't worth your time...
