Matilon Nash1This specific Regions never counts my money right. I used to always go there to deposit my cash and checks and I kid you not they have only counted it right maybe once out of the many of times I’ve been. Every other regions in Tuscaloosa is perfectly fine though.

Tiara Walker4I walked straight to the counter because there was no one in there. So the teller I walked up to was named Jessica Ward, I smiled and asked her how was she doing and I got no reply. They are usually very friendly at the bank. So I asked her was she open because I just needed to make a deposit. Then she tells me that she was busy and I was suppose to wait to be called . I understand if there was a line but it was not, I have never got treated like that at any bank I have an account with. She really made me want to close my account if I have to deal with that just to make a deposit. On the other hand Lindsey Hutson made my transaction smooth , easy and friendly like it should have been. THUMBS UP TO LINDSEY 👍🏾😍

Meleigh1Froze all my account and starting closing them without giving me notice. Wasn't able to access any of my funds for 4+ days. Go open an account somewhere else. This isn't worth your time...
