  The staff is not helpful and very rude. Constantly had issues with my account. They basically robbed me with overdraft fees when my account was not supposed to even be able to be over drafted. I had trouble with missing cash deposits 3 separate times in 2 months where they couldn’t find my money which caused my account to overdraft even when I had a Receipt for my cash deposits. Avoid this bank. Robbery in a time of struggle.

  I normaly go to my branch on Edmonson Pike Great location fast service, this time I tried this cool looking Buliding and it's very nice branch except at the time where was no waiting it took them around 15 minutes to get me $50 single 4 rolls quarter for my business. They ask for my SS and account number etc couldn't find my account moved me to another clerk ?? I don't know if it's a procedure by the bank or something else ! Other locations don't do this. I will stick to my old branch fast service open on time. Nice try.

  Love this location. Comes here at least 2 or 3 times a month for the last 8 months. Great service and super friendly staff. And always willing to help.

  Inconsistent customer service. Kaitlin Jones was not friendly at all and hanged up on me when I nicely asked her questions about documents i had signed and they lost it. Very rude and unprofessional!! When I asked her to talk to the Branch Manager, She said she was the branch manager and I did find out that she is just a supervisor. Very disappointing!!!
