RAQi MOOR5🔸At the Banks front building, there's a slot machine outside by the front doors. 🔸Slide and leave your card 💳 in the machine. 🔸When the "🔴" light turns "🟢". 🔸You can only enter in where the ATM 🏧 Machine is located. 🔸Wheelchair is also accessible.

Bessie King3Location is ideal but there isn't enough parking space, no drive thru tellers and only one handicap space. You spend a lot of time waiting to park and then you have to deal with the ATM traffic which makes it congested especially on Friday. You have to stand in a long line outside the bank sometimes almost an hour just to get inside. Customer service is good but it's the only bright spot

Ronda Ingram1I miss being able to use drive through with a real person. I miss being able to make our business deposit in drive through and/or inside the bank. They want businesses to use the outside drop box. In prattville Regions still has drive through with a real person! Very nice to be able to use their location.

wanda williams1I went to your location on 5/14/21 to cash a $80.00 check and was told it would be a $5.00 fee. After asking why so much, I was told that what we charge. I said I thought you charge a percentage. She said we do. I asked how much and the man standing behind her told her to tell me 4%. So I asked her how much is 4% of my check and he said it’s $5.00 to cash my check. I ended up depositing the check into my daughter’s account of course without being charged a fee. As I walked away, the man and the teller were laughing. Keep in mind the check was a Region’s check. I really felt humiliated. And it even saddens me to post this. This is not how you treat people.

yetta lady4I'm going to give it an 4, because I recently opened an account there and the staff was very friendly. I was just so sad, because they don't give you a temporary Debit card when you first join, and I had to find out the hard way that I couldn't get any money out on Saturday, because they're closed on Saturday and Sunday. I love their Bank although I have been banking with Wells Fargo for years now they open on Saturdays until I believe 12 or 1 p.m..

David Atkinson1This has got to be the worst way to build a bank. It's up against Hwy80. No barrier to protect the people that regions force to stand outside. Handicap or disabled people have to walk from the back of the building to the edge of Hwy80. And the parking lot was built for go-carts!
