  My business does a lot of business with Regions. I personally have been with Regions over 20 years. I make cash deposits atleast 3 times a week. It seems that 50% of the time your drive through is closed. That is truly poor customer service. I then have to drive 17 milesto Batesville and 17 miles back. Last time I checked fuel is $2.70 a gallon so your bank is costing me money on a consistent basis. Your campany continues to use the Covid 19 as the reason for closing everytime. Please keep it open or close it permanently. Most Companies have a back up plan to cover for Covid 19. This tells me how you really feel about your loyal customers.

  Needed to deposit some cash so checked the website and showed they are open, drive 30 minutes there and lobby and drive through closed. How incompetent can the vice president be to not have the site updated with hours, pandemic or not, its not that hard. Called the 1 800 number and waited 40 minutes with no response, put in a BBB complaint, no response. Embarrassing and sad, will be moving my funds elsewhere

  They were very friendly. I walked in after a breathtaking bike ride to the bank from the NWCC campus down yonder and the first thing they did was make sure that I was okay. Then they made me feel at home, immediately gave me a business card so I could do business over the phone to save some trouble for myself.

  I love Regions in Senatobia. I have never had a bad experience and I have been banking there for a little over 2 years. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I live in Batesville but I bank in Senatobia because the Senatobia branch has much better customer service. Keep up the good work!

  This is one of the worst banks I have even seen. The drive through window is awful. It takes 20 to 30 minutes just to get service. There is only one teller working the window.

  Tried to get a call through for over 45 minutes and never got anyone. I would never do business with a bank that won't take a call. I would give them 0 stars if that was an option.

  My online banking doesn't work, I can't ever get a hold of a real person on the phone and it's so aggravating.
