  The drive thru is supposed to be open at 8:00 am. There was nobody by the window, i had to wait until the bank opened at 9:00 am in order to make my deposit. Very inconvenient and u responsible from the teller at this bank. Disappointed!

  This was honestly the worst banking experience I have ever had. Raymundo spoke to us with condescension and was trying to finish our call as fast as possible. We were simply trying to open a business checking account for our nonprofit, but despite our attempts, he made it a hassle to see any possibility of working with Regions. Taking our business elsewhere.

  Worst customer service, the the teller who is taking care of customer at this moment is very rude with non account holders , this kind of things is the reason. Because I did not open an account with them
