  called this bank I was rushed threw my call could barely speak to the lady before she ended my call claiming she was busy and had to do something els then I call back to get Ryan on the phone who hung up with out even addressing me Thanks regions

  I went in to get a paper notarized which is typically a very quick thing. An employee asked what I needed and told me to wait until they finished with a customer. Once they finished with them, they took a customer that walked in behind me. Another employee who heard what I needed walked over 20 minutes later and grabbed their notary stamp and finally took care of what I needed. Very poor customer service for a task that takes less than one minute.

  One of the best Regions I've ever been to after almost 5 years of banking with this company. Very kind staff and friendly environment. I had a great experience signing up for a disclosable loan to establish credit. Tiffiany was very informative, helpful, and personable. Highly recommend banking with Regions.

  One teller working 3 drive-through lanes (one of which is commercial lane) and lobby not open. Totally unacceptable!
