      This specific branch doesn't deserve one star but leaving none isn't an option. Northside Regions is a disaster! I walked in for a simple transaction with Ruby Christmas and she turned it into a nightmare. I've been a customer with multiple accounts at Regions for over 20 years but unfortunately for Regions, Wells Fargo has taken the lead with customer service and convenience. My advice is to save your time and headache and bank somewhere else.

      The absolute worst....been banking here for years and still get treated like a scam artist...never have I had to jump through so many hurdles to cash a check.
