  Parking is a mess! Spaces are very small.

  This bank dont care to much for its business customers! My wife works as a manager for a national food chain who does their banking with this bank. During shift changes, the oncoming mgr. called to inform them that my wife was coming to make change. We get there in line before 4:30 and waited on car in front of us. We get up to the drive thru window only to be told were closed. We stated that we called and they stated we cant make change, we've already put up the money for the day. So now my wife's business has to do without their needed change to operate the business all thanks to non caring employees who just wants to get out of there before closing time. I dont recommend this bank to anyone, unless they dont care about sorry customer service.

  Horrible service...Ran check than wanted to charge 5 bucks to cash...After it's ran no other bank will cash...So they get you like that..Unfriendly people! I would burn my money before I would come back

  I have banked with several different banks in the past and the top two are Regions and Suntrust. Everytime I walk in to Regions on Jefferson Ave, Cookeville, TN I feel welcomed. The teller always asks about my day and that alone makes Regions a friendly environment. I plan to bank with Regions for a long time and would recommend them to anyone wanting a bank that keeps up to date with technology and the people are always willing to help in any way.

  Very slow service. Drive thru is often backed up out to the road and the wait sometimes is about 30 minutes.

  Don't expect to get any of your money on a Saturday they will tell you they don't have it

  terrible service, and have held checks for over two weeks with no defined reason, except fraud alert, but when verified... they are still holding it.

  Regions bank is busy and they are shorthanded but you can ( bank on them )
